Continuing Education Courses
First Time Renewals
- These classes are for those agents who have never completed CE Classes before (licensed on or after 12/1/2021)
- These packages will satisfy all 2024 CE Renewal requirements
- Packages Include:
- General Module (7 hours)
- Residential Module (7 hours)
- Totaling to 14 hours (required)
- Total cost is $145 for all 14 hours
Return Renewals
- These classes are for those agents who have an active Salespersons license and have renewed their license before
- These packages will satisfy all 2024 CE Renewal requirements including all mandatory courses
- Packages include:
- Everyday Ethics in Real Estate (3.5 hours) *Elective*
- Don't Get Caught Off Guard! Broker and Licensee Duties (3.5 hours) *Mandatory Course*
- Review of Seller and Buyer Contracts (3.5 hours) *Elective*
- Disaster Planning and Management (3.5 hours) *Elective*
- Totaling to 14 hours (required)
- Total cost is $145 for all 14 hours
