What are the differences between the 2 CE Packages?
- CE Return Renewals: These classes are for agents who have already completed CE classes in the past and now need to renew them before the May 2026 deadline.
- CE First Time Renewals: These classes are for newly licensed agents who have never completed CE classes before and were licensed between 12/1/23 and 11/30/25.
How many hours is Continuing Education?
Pennsylvania Association of Relators (PAR) requires 14 hours of continuing education. Our CE Packages include two 7-hour seassions totaling to the required 14 hours.
When will I receive my transcript?
To receive your transcript, you need to meet all attendance and requirements. Transcripts are typically emailed within 5-10 business days following the completion of all courses.
What is the American Real Estate Institute refund policy?
- If cancellation occurs prior to the first class, tuition will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation occurs after the first class and prior to the start of the second class, the student will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge.
How do I obtain duplicate copies of my transcript?
You can obtain duplicate copies of your transcript from our administrative office via email or mail.

Are electives included?
If you are a purchasing a package under the Return Renewals category, then yes. PAR has two required courses Fair Housing (2 hours) and Agency Relationships (3 hours). The remaining 9 hours are elective courses.
Are the courses online or in-person?
the courses are 100% online. They are conducted through a platform very similar to Zoom. The courses are live, virtual and interactive. You can complete them anywhere for convenience and comfort.
