Janice Birks
Jan teaches the Real Estate Fundamentals and Practice class at our NE Philadelphia Location, which prepares you to become licensed as a real estate sales person in Pennsylvania. She brings a wealth of information to the students, capitalizing on her experience garnered through over fifty years in the business. Jan is proud to say that she has been working in real estate since she was seven years old. That is when she began answering telephones in her fathers real estate office which was located in the very building where she now teaches. Jan rose in this industry when there was a glass ceiling. Never a quitter, she became president of the Real Estate Board and her awards are too numerous to mention. You will enjoy how she relates her personal experiences to information contained in the textbook, making it more relevant for the students.

Michael Park
Michael, the school's founder, has a varied and interesting background. He has been licensed in Real Estate for over 45 years, been a banker, mortgage banker, a developer and a Real Estate broker. Michael has taught all of the Real Estate courses approved by the P.A.R. in many local universities and colleges, namely Villanova, Immaculata, Temple and LaSalle Universities. He was one of the first teachers to teach real estate at Montgomery and Bucks County community colleges. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge through his experiences to the students.
